Therapy is a 50-60 minute block of time working on the issues that you have identified, using a variety of tools dependent on your needs. This can include, skill building,  coping skills, stress reduction, diagnosis of problem areas, treatment planning, and collaborative problem solving. This can be done via telehealth (virtually) or in-person.

Dream Group: An 8 week group where we use Sacred Dream Circles by Tess Castleman as a guide to exploring dreams. If you've ever wondered what dreams are, this group will help you explore and experience them. Our dreams come to us when the conscious part of us is at rest, giving us a chance to glimpse things beyond our daily consciousness.

An Inner Journey: A life worth living: This is a 10 week group that builds resilience and insight in people who are functioning well but want to be the best version of yourself. It is helpful in improving relationships in your personal and professional life and looking at leadership skill through the Hero/Heroine's journey.This workshop can be tailored to the corporate setting for leadership enhancement.

I have worked with traumatized individuals in a variety of worksites. I worked with domestic violence, combat trauma, physical and sexual trauma, and childhood trauma. Healing  and moving forward with fewer symptoms is possible.

Sometimes we don't know why we don't feel like ourselves. We can assess and diagnose what is happening and come up with a plan for treatment that works for you individually. We are all different and treatment planning takes that into account while using evidence based tools.
